Welcome to Tower TLC Rentals ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your rental of vehicles from our fleet. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services
Tower TLC Rentals provides weekly vehicle rentals for use by TLC-licensed drivers for commercial rideshare and transportation services.
​
2. Rental Agreements
Each rental is subject to a separate rental agreement that details terms including pricing, insurance, deposit requirements, mileage limits, and maintenance responsibilities.

3. Payments
Rent is due on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card and ACH payments. Late payments may result in additional fees, vehicle lockout, or termination of the rental agreement.

4. Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles must be operated in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, including TLC guidelines. Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized commercial activity may result in additional charges or repossession.

5. Maintenance & Damage
Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. You may be held liable for repair costs resulting from misuse or negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability
Tower TLC Rentals is not liable for any personal or financial losses, including lost income or business opportunities, resulting from vehicle downtime, accidents, or any other issue.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted and will take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. SMS Terms and Conditions
Consent to Receive SMS Messages:
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Tower Auto Mall, you consent to receive text messages from us, including updates, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and transactional messages related to our services. We do not use a Shopping Cart function; therefore, users will not receive any messages from us pertaining to items in their cart. Message frequency may vary.

Opt-Out:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. If you want to re-subscribe, reply "START" to the same number.

Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Tower Auto Mall is not responsible for any charges incurred from messages sent or received.

Carriers:
Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
​
Your Responsibilities:
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information and to notify us of any changes to your mobile number.

Privacy:
We respect your privacy. Your phone number and any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
